"Insatiable" starts off with Dr. Deaton removing the flies from the werewolf´s mouth...okay this scene was kind of disgusting, but if it helps...;)
Meanwhile Scotts mum tries to figure out if the Stiles in her house is the real, "good" one or if he´s the Nogitsune. Much to her and Scotts relieve they have the real one there! Now that this is settled they try to figure out what the Niogitsune wants with a Banshee....okay let´s see how Lydia is doing: She is freaking out. The "bad" Stiles took her to Oak Creek where she can hear all the poor souls screaming.
And then we have one very beautiful scene: Stiles and his dad are finally reunited! The hug was just perfect....so many emotions, I really had tears in my eyes <3
While they are looking for Lydia they learn about Meredith, the girl from the nuthouse, that was on the phone, you know "the weird one" ;) Turns out she was moved to the single unit, because, get this: she would not stop screaming!! Okay Lydia does not seem to be alone anymore...there are two Bashee´s in town! So the sheriff is off to get her....but she is gone! She turns up at Beacon High, sitting in coach Finstock´s class, trying to help them.
In the meantime, we see the twins running around the woods, still looking for Lydia and then they get SHOT...if this would not be worse enough, the bullets are filled with Wolfsbane.
What does Allison do to find her best friend you ask?! Well her and Isaac just found Lydias car and while they are inspecting it, they have the most awkward "about the other night" talk ever!! Isaac tells her, that he was still himself, when they got into it.....to be honest, I think he just told her what she wanted to hear......because I think at that time he was kind of a silent witness ;) Anyway it was super cute! Allison finds a message from Lydia on the window: "Don´t find me"....what´s up with that?!
Stiles waked up from what looks like a very bad dream and it turns out, that he is in veeery bad shape! When Scott touches him he feels, that he is in a lot of pain and freezing cold! I hate the Nogitsune even more now!!
Back to Allison....she is in the attic now and trying to focus on something else then waiting when her dad shows up. He decides that it is time for his daughter to graduate from "hunter" school ;) And to do so, she must manufacture her own silver bullet. But she has an even better idea: She wants to make a silver arrow head, since the arrow is her weapon!! I loved that idea!
Back at Beacon High Meredith tries to communicate with the voices she hears, but they are too quiet.....when the guy from the nuthouse appears to take her back, she gets rescued by.....the coach. Amazing scene, so funny! An episode like this really needs these light moments. In the car Stiles and Scott ask her, where Lydia is and Merediths answer is plain and simple: "Who is Lydia?!"...ohoh!
Let´s see how far Allison is with her arrow head: Well she does not have time for that right now, because she has the "if something happens today"-talk. we haven´t had this father daughter duo in quite some time now...and I really loved Allisons last sentence before her dad leaves: "I love you, I´m proud of you. I´m proud of us!" <3 <3 <3
Scott and Stiles take Meredith back to Scott´s house to talk to her. They get busted by Scott´s dad, who is eager to talk to his son about why he left...but we get to that later.
Since Isaac is her type (Meredith´s) he is coming with them to talk to her.....and there it is; the most hilarious scene in this episode:
And Meredith´s answer is........a French sentence, or word...I have no idea my French is bad ;)
In the meantime Scotts dad tells him, why he left his family. Apparently he was drunk one night, Scotts mum and him had a fight and when Scott came out, his dad was somewhat responsible for his tumbling down the stairs and hitting his head pretty bad. Really?! That´s it?? This is why he left his son and let him grow up without a father??!! Well, just like me Scott does not really give a flying *** about this story and I can totally understand him.
Derek and Allisons dad bring the twins to Derek´s place, they are in very bad shape. The former Alpha shows the hunter the bullet case he found and after looking at it, Allisons dad seems to know who it was. But we don´t even get a clue! I can not wait to find out!
Stiles, Scott and Isaac are on their way to Oak Creek and while in the car, Stiles makes the "wolfs" promise, that no one else gets hurt because of him, even if this means that he´s going to die in the process.
They meet up with Allison and Kira to fight Kira´s mum and the warriors!! What an amazing fight sequence, I loved it...well almost all of it.
And now we finally learn, why the Nogitsune took Lydia: The warriors are clearly there to safe her, and once they surround her and her kidnapper, the "bad" Stiles twin breaks the blade that could have killed him and that means, that he is the new owner of the warriors. Holy crap, this can NOT be good!!! And as you can guess, the first order of the Nogitsune to his "followers" is to kill them all! So there it goes...a new fight sequence between the warriors, Kira, Kiras mum, Isaac and Allison. It´s a brutal setting and you just have this sickening feeling in your stomach, that someone will not make it out alive! And this feeling is intensified, when Lydia gets rescued by Scott and Stiles and immediately asks, who else is with them! My heart beats like crazy at that point.
Outside of the building the crazy fight goes on and Allison sees how, they more or less slaughter poor Isaac; she tries to get them with her arrows, but she misses more then once. But her last, silver arrow head find it´s goal and kills one of the warriors.....he disappears and like 2 seconds later THIS happens:
I was in shock! Just as the promos promised it....I could not move and still had hope, that they could fix it somehow! To make matters worse, Scott comes up and catches his wounded friend/first love. As she lies in his arm, she assures him, that everything is okay, and that she is dying in a "beautiful" way....I have tears in my eyes just writing about it.
A lot of TW fans had this weird feeling all season long, that it might be out fighter Allison, who would die.....but I hoped until the last second, that they where kidding...but they weren´t :( And to twist the knife in our fresh wound her dad comes along to see his dead daughter in Scotts arms...it just broke my heart!!
I want to take the time to thank Crystal Reed, who portraied Allison Argent so very well for 3 wonderful years and I hope we will see her again very soon!! Thank you Crystal for showing us, that no matter what: fighting with your heart and soul will get you everywhere you want to be!
The episode closes with Scott holding his first love in his arms...just so heartbreaking :(
There are no words to express how heartbroken I am about her loss, although I know that the producers had something in mind, when they decided to kill her off.....let´s just wait and see what´s to come.
