Let´s talk TV!: Time to freak out guys.....-Teen Wolf "Riddled" (3x18)

Is there anything scarier then to get a call from someone you really care about asking you to help them? Well maybe I should add that the person calling you seems to be lost and loosing his mind....
This is the exact situation that Scott finds himself in in the beginning of 3x18; Stiles calls him, not knowing where he his or how he got there.

The rest of the episode we see Stiles´friends trying to figure out where he might be....and we see where he actually is, well at least where he thinks he is. It turns out the "SAW" like setting he seems to be in is an other dream/ hallucination!! Poor Stiles, if it´s not bad enough, that his best friend is a werewolf, the girl that he is madly in love with does not seem to feel the same way...no, poor, defenseless Stiles must go crazy too?! Seeing him so down and confused in the last couple of episodes broke my heart, but at least we got some answers in 3x18:

While in his nightmare/hallucination Stiles thinks he is trapped in a basement with his leg stuck in a bear trap, ouch!

And if this is not creepy enough for you...there is a weird creature with no face who is messing with him, too. The minute I saw that thing I knew there where more to it then it seemed. The monster like figure messes with Stilinski´s head what does not really help him to figure out where he is or why he is there.

Meanwhile Scott, Lydia and the rest of the gang try to figure out where their friend is. When they want to look for some clues in Stiles´room the find a weird setting. Someone rammed scissors into his bed and attached the red strings onto it. Lydia tells the guys, that "Red means, unsolved." and immediately knows, that there needs to be a clue in this room. When Aiden touches one of the strings, she hears some voices who ultimately tell her where to find her friend (creepy but also kind of cute). But when they get there he is nowhere to be found! Weird!!
Eventually Scotts dad seems to have an idea where to find the troubled kid...and they find him (if I remember correctly he was in the woods). It turns out he was sleepwalking...or at least it seems that way at first!!
They bring him to the hospital and there Scotts mum has a very touching talk with the sheriff. It broke my heart to hear, how she tries to explain in the least painful way, that his son has the same symptoms as his mother had. But she does not even get to finish her sentence, when Scotts dad get his little notepad out and tells her he knows, because he wrote down the symptoms for the last few weeks:( The doctors decide, that they need to run some test and here comes the saddest scene of the show so far:

Scott and his best friend sit in the room where he is about to get his MRI and they have a talk about whats to come. Stiles tells Scott, that he knows what his mum had and that it is the only form of dementia that a young person can get....he knows whats at stake and that the possibility that he actually has it is very very high. Scott tells him, that if he has it, they will do something about it, "I will do something about it."....it really broke my heart to see how sad both of them where. No sign of funny, sarcastic Stiles, only a very fragile and scared young man:/

So Stiles goes into the MRI and is scared as hell...as is his dad, his best friend and Scotts mum. By the way I´d love to see the sheriff and Scotts mum together!! So while Stiles is in the MRI we see Lydia freaking out as well...but not only because she worries about her friend, but because of the noises she hears! It´s kind of a clicking sound and you just know, that something really really bad is about to happen! And I was not prepared for what was to come:

The results are in and the doctor tells Mr. Stilinski the bad news....

Let´s see how Stiles is doing...well not good...first we see him in the MRI freaking out because he knows something is up...the next minute he is back in the basement with the scary non face creep.

And we are about to see his face....he tells Stiles, that he already knows who he is and that they will destroy everyone....:"Everyone has it, no one can loose it." That´s right people....Peter Pan could not have said it any better....a shadow!! Stiles really is the one who is possessed by the dark spirit. And there it is the huge acting talent of Dylan O´Brian.....we just knew nice, slightly awkward Stiles....for a few episodes scared to death Stiles and now it is "bad ass Stiles"...well not really, right?! I mean it is just his body....possessed by something that scares the crap out of me.

As you see Derek figured it out...and even knows how this all happened! Remember, when Kira was abducted by this scary guy and brought down to the power plant?! And remember her electric outburst?!

It turns out that this was probably the moment that the dark spirit possessed Stiles!! Awesome....Scotts likely to be new love interest is the one responsible for his best friends misery....poor Scott:(

So it looks like there is a storm that's coming up on Teen Wolf...and I can not wait to see it :)
